8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1/3 C Milk
2 T dry White Wine
1 T chopped Spring Onions
1/4 t Salt
dash of Cayenne
Recipe
Heat cream cheese & milk in saucepan over low heat,
stirring until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Makes 1 1/3 C.
Serve over fish, chicken, or pork.
