List of Ingredients
1/4 C peeled, grated Cucumber
1/4 C Sour Cream
1/2 T Lemon Juice
1-2 T Milk
Pinch Salt
Recipe
Place the grated cucumber in a strong paper towel or a piece of cheesecloth and squeeze over a sink to extract some of the water. Stir into sour cream with lemon juice. Add milk to thin to a thick sauce-like consistency (this may be unnecessary with very thin sour cream); season with salt.
