1 (32 oz) bottle Bloody Mary Mix
2 cans Chicken Broth
Handful chopped Cilantro (fresh)
Dash of Cumin
Mexican or Monterey jack Cheese, shredded Recipe
Bring bloody Mary mix, chicken broth, cilantro and cumin to a boil, then remove from heat. Crumble fresh tortilla strips into individual serving bowls. Sprinkle on desired amount of shredded cheese. Ladle hot soup over all and serve.
