2 cans (6.5 oz each), chopped Clams with their liquid
2 C bottled Clam Juice or Chicken Stock
2 C Half-and-half or Milk
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
Cayenne Pepper to taste
Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste
Chopped Chives or Parsley for garnish
Recipe
Process the clams and their liquid in an electric blender until smooth. Combine the clams with the remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to a gentle boil over moderate heat. Garnish with chopped herbs. Serves 4 to 6.
