Cream of Peanut Soup
List of Ingredients
3 C Chicken Broth
1 C Peanut Butter
1/8 t Celery Salt
1/8 t Onion Salt
1/8 t Sugar
1 1/3 C Cream OR
a 13 oz Can Evaporated Milk
Additional Whipping cream, opt.
Chopped Peanuts, opt.Recipe
Heat Broth to boiling. Stir in Peanut Butter until smooth. Season to taste with Celery Salt and Onion Salt.
Add Sugar and Cream (or evap. Milk). Heat without boiling.
Serve plain or top with a dollop of Unsweetened whipped Cream and chopped Peanuts, if desired.
Serves 6.
