    Easy Pea Soup

    List of Ingredients




    q Medium onion, chopped
    1 T Shortening
    2 Medium Potatoes, peeld & cubed
    2 (1# each) cans Peas, drained
    1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup
    1 Can Water

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes just until tender; drain.
    Saute onion in shortening, but do not brown. Add potatoes, peas, soup and water, stir to blend. Simmer to heat through.
    Serves 3 - 4
