Garbage Soup

List of Ingredients

2 C Canned or Homemade Chicken Broth
8 oz Can Spinach, well drained

Parmesan Cheese


Recipe

Mix Broth and Spinach in saucepan and heat until piping hot.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

Note: The name of this soup comes from my brother. When we were young, he used to say it looked like garbage floating in the soup. The name stuck. As a mature adult, I still call it 'Garbage Soup' today. Nothing will warm your bones on a chilly night faster than this.
