10-oz package cut leaf spinach frozen in butter sauce
10 1/2 oz can condensed chicken broth
2/3 C water
2 t cornstarch
1/4 C diced Celery
1 T sliced Green Onions
1 t Soy Sauce
Recipe
Cook spinach as directed on package. If desired, chill chicken broth; skim off fat. In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, cornstarch, celery, onions and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Add spinach in butter sauce. Heat until very warm but not
boiling. Garnish with additional sliced green onions.
