List of Ingredients
2 # Ground Beef
1/2 C Butter
1 medium Onion, minced
1 large Carrot, minced
4 ribs Celery, minced
1 C Flour
32 oz. can whole Tomatoes, minced
2 Qts. beef stock (8 C)
Salt & Pepper
2 C Half & Half
Recipe
Brown meat. Add butter, onion, carrot, and celery. Stir in flour and cook 10 mins. Add tomatoes, stock, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, simmer 1 hr. Add half and half 10 mins before removing from stove. Can be frozen. If too thick, add more stock.
