List of Ingredients
1 - 46 oz. V-8 juice (Regular or Hot and Spicy)
23 oz. water
1 C cabbage, shredded
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and chile peppers
1 C celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) green beans
1 jar/can mushrooms
4-6 carrots, sliced
2 T parsley
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
