Antipasto Spread
List of Ingredients
1 4-oz can Mushrooms, drained
and finely chopped
1 14-oz can Artichoke hearts,
drained and finely chopped
1 10-oz jar Pimiento-stuffed Olives,
drained and finely chopped
1 6-oz can Ripe Olives, drained and
finely chopped
¼ C finely chopped Green Pepper
½ C finely chopped Celery
¾ C Vinegar
¾ C Olive Oil
¼ C Instant Minced Onion
2½ t Italian Seasoning
1 t Onion Powder
1 t Salt
1 t Seasoned Salt
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Sugar
1 t Cracked Black Pepper
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Olives, Green Pepper, and Celery.
In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour over vegetables. Place mixture in a large jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake the jar to stir ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with assorted Crackers or sliced Baguette (a thin French Bread).
