It doesn't really taste the same, but the texture is nice, the flavor is vaguely nutty and it tastes good with traditional pb&j combos (ie. jam, bananas, apples, fluff).
List of Ingredients
Toast Grapenuts in a toaster oven at 375F for about ten minutes to improve nutty flavor.
Put Grapenuts in Cusinart with a little evaporated skim milk, blend till creamy, and then add a drop or two of peanut oil per cup of mixture. You can also add a few more Grapenuts to get a crunchy texture.
