Shrimp Butter
List of Ingredients
1 stick Butter (room temperature)
1 - 8oz. pkg Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 can Shrimp, rinsed and drained OR
1 small bag of frozen Shrimp, thawed
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 t Garlic Powder
1 Spring Onion (Scallion) (chopped finely)
Recipe
Cream Butter and Cream Cheese until blended well; add Shrimp; mix well; add Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder and Onion. Mix well. Serve with Crackers.
