Creamy Spinach

List of Ingredients
10 oz. frozen Spinach
1/3 C Cream Cheese (lowfat is fine)
1/3 C seasoned Croutons (Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix is recommended but any will work)
1-2 T Butter, Opt.
Recipe
Cook spinach in a small microwavable container. Pour off any water. Add seasoned croutons. Add butter if you’re not watching fats. Turn into a greased glass casserole if baking in conventional oven.
Bake (375*) or microwave until it’s warm through.
