Green Beans Genovese

1 1/2 # Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
1/2 t Garlic, finely minced
1 T Butter
1 T Olive Oil
1/3 C minced fresh Parsley
2 Anchovy fillets, minced
1/2 t freshly ground Black Pepper
Recipe
Steam green beans for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp tender.
Plunge beans into a bowl of ice water. Drain thoroughly and pat dry.
Cook garlic in butter and oil over medium-low heat until garlic is golden. Add beans and heat thoroughly. Stir in parsley, anchovies and pepper; toss and serve.
