¾ # Green Beans
8 slices Bacon
2 medium sized Potatoes, pared and cut into ½ " pieces
1 small Onion, sliced
¼ C Water
½ t Salt
Recipe
Cook green beans in a small amount of boiling salted water 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender. Dice the bacon and fry until crisp. Add green beans and remaining ingredients to bacon and cook, covered, about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
