    1/2 C Sugar
    2 T Corn Starch
    1/4 C Vinegar
    1/4 C Beet Juice
    2 T Butter
    1 Can Sliced Beets

    Recipe



    Mix sugar and cornstarch, add vinegar and beet juice. Boil 5 min. Add beets
    and let stand 30 min. Add butter.
