Good served with roast beef or submarine sandwiches or as part of an antipasto.
List of Ingredients
2 each: Green Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Red Peppers
3 T Olive Oil
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t cracked Pepper
1/2 t SaltRecipe
Preheat oven to 400*.
Wash, dry and cut peppers into fourths.. Place in large roasting pan. Add oil and seasonings. Toss to coat. Arrange peppers in one layer, roast 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 8 accompaniment servings.
About 75 calories per serving.
