    Roasted Corn on the Cob

    List of Ingredients




    8 ears sweet corn
    4 T butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Soak corn for approximately 30 minutes cold water. Remove from water and shuck corn husks without separating from cob, remove the silks. Brush the corn with the melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Replace the husks over the corn and grill over medium coals 20-30 minutes.
    Yield: 8 servings
    Note:
    I use extra corn husks ripped into thin strips and tie the husks toward the middle. Helps keep the moisture in. I've made these with and without the butter and seasonings, but I prefer to roast them plain.
