Squash & Cranberry Casserole

2 # butternut squash
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C melted butter or margarine
1/4 C brown sugar
1 t salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 C raw cranberries
Nutmeg
Recipe
Peel squash, cut in pieces. Cook in 2 cups of water until tender.
Drain and mash squash. Add eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in cranberries. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
