Stuffed Zucchini
List of Ingredients
Several Zucchini
chopped onion
pressed garlic
rosemary
thyme
basil
1/4 as much bread crumbs
1/4 as much grated cheddar
a bit of parmesan
dash of Worcestershire
Recipe
Slice several zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out the insides, being careful not to break the skin. Sauté the pulp with chopped onion, pressed garlic, rosemary, thyme, and basil. When onion is cooked, mix in bread crumbs, grated cheddar, a bit of parmesan, and a dash of Worcestershire.
Stuff zucchini, and bake at 350*, about one hour.
This is a good company dish because it can be made in advance then baked when needed.
