Recipe Introduction
This is a very adaptable recipe. You can adjust the amounts of zucchini, tomatoes, onion, and/or cheese to suit your taste.
List of Ingredients
4 medium Zucchini
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 C Butter or Margarine
Dry mixture:
2 T grated Parmesan Cheese
2 T Sugar
1/4 t Oregano
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
Recipe
Mix the dry ingredients together. In a baking dish, cube the zucchini and place the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle the cut onion on top of the tomatoes and add the pats of butter or margarine. Sprinkle the dry mixture on top and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
