I was born and raised in Cornwall, NY. Also grew up eating Texas Wei ners on Broadway! My favorite place to eat! We have lived in NC for over 30 yrs. Whenever we go to NY we have to go to Newburgh to get our fill of Texas Weiners! The recipe sounds great, I am anxious to try it! Would love to be able have that sauce and eat here in NC! I would love to chat with you! Maybe we may know some of the same people in New Windsor, Newburgh or Cornwall. Thanks for the recipe to try!!!!
