Apricot Apple Cider

Serves 8 (3/4 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups (one 16-ounce can) apricots, packed in fruit juice, undrained
- 2 cups unsweetened apple juice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup pourable Splenda or Sugar Twin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
Instructions
- In a blender container, combine undrained apricots and apple juice. Cover and process on BLEND for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a slow cooker container. Stir in water, Splenda, lemon juice, and apple pie spice. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Mix well before serving.
