List of Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa
- 3/4 cup pourable Splenda of Sugar Twin
- 6 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a slow cooker container, combine dry milk powder, cocoa, and Splenda. Stir in water and vanilla extract. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well with a wire whisk before serving.
