    Serves 10 (1/2 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 1/3 cups Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa
    • 3/4 cup pourable Splenda of Sugar Twin
    • 6 cups water
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. In a slow cooker container, combine dry milk powder, cocoa, and Splenda. Stir in water and vanilla extract. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well with a wire whisk before serving.
