Leftover Turkey Casserole

Serves 6 (1 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups (one 16-ounce can) Healthy Request Chicken Broth
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 full cups (12 ounces) diced cooked turkey breast
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slices day-old reduced-calorie white bread, cut into cubes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine chicken broth, chicken soup, and turkey. Stir in sage, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Add bread cubes, celery, and onion. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
