Beefy French Onion Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups (one 14 1/2-ounce can) Swanson Beef Broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cups thinly sliced onion
- 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) diced lean cooked roast beef
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 slices reduced-calorie French or white bread, toasted and cubed
Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine beef broth, water, parsley flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in onion, roast beef, and peas. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. For each serving, place 1/4 of bread cubes in a bowl and spoon 1 1/2 cups soup mixture over top.
