    Serves 6 (1 1/2 cups)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium tomato juice
    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 16 ounces lean round steak, cut into 36 pieces
    • 2 cups diced, unpeels raw potatoes
    • 2 cups cut carrots
    • 1 1/2 cups coarsely cut celery
    • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup (one 2.5-ounce jar) sliced mushrooms, undrained


    Instructions


    1. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine tomato soup tomato juice, flour, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Stir in steak pieces and potatoes. Add carrots, celery, onion, and undrained mushrooms. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
