    Forget the roast, but get that oven-browned flavor in your vegetables in this savory blend. The veggies take on the rich lusciousness of the creamy gravy, so every bite melts in your mouth!

    Serves 6 (3/4 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (12-ounce) jar Heinz Fat Free Beef Gravy
    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 3 cups sliced raw potatoes
    • 2 cups slices carrots
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes


    Instructions


    1. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine beef gravy and mushroom soup. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion. Mix well to combine. Stir in parsely flakes. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
