    Found this recipe today and it sounds like a keeper.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cups sugar
    3 tbsp flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    ½ cup butter, melted
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tsp vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp lemon flavoring.
    Deep dish pie shell

    Recipe



    Combine sugar and flour. Add eggs to sugar/flour mixture. Add malted margarine and buttermilk. Fold in flavorings. Pour into chilled unbaked pie shell. Preheat oven and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer without opening the door.
