6 boneless skinless breast halves
8 oz (1 cup) Catalina/russian/dark french dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 jar (10-12 ounces) apricot preservesRecipe
Combine the dressing, soup and preserves in crockpot and mix well. Layer chicken topping with mixture. Dump remainder over top. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours (depends on thickness of chicken etc). Serve with rice.
