So simple...yet delicious!
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. stew beef cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1 tsp. worchestershire sauceRecipe
Stir together and place in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours until meat is very tender. (Don't lift lid before 7th hour).
When done, stir in 1 cup sour cream. Heat through. Serve over egg noodles or white rice.
