    Italian Roast Beef (French Dip) Sandwich

    List of Ingredients






    1 Chuck Roast (about 3 pounds)
    1 pkg. "Au Jus" mix-dry
    1 pkg. Italian dressing mix-dry
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 can water

    Recipe



    Spray your crock pot with PAM. Put chuck roast in it.
    Combine all other ingredients and whisk till smooth.
    Pour over roast. Put on lid. Cook on high for 6 hours
    or low for 10-12 hours. Take out beef (it will fall apart)
    and cut off fat. Shred beef. Put meat back in juice. Cut chewy French bread into sandwich size pieces, and split lengthwise. Fill with beef, and use a turkey baster to get beef
    juice from crock pot and pour on bread (grease has risen to the top).

    Eat and enjoy!!!
