    Turkey Roll Ups

    Source of Recipe

    Taste of Home BB

    Recipe Introduction

You can use your favorite stuffing recipe for this. The Stove Top makes enough for at least 6 rolls ups. You don't need to increase the soup mixture if you make 6.
This would be a great way to use up leftover homemade dressing.

    List of Ingredients

    INGREDIENTS:
4 slices deli turkey (about 1/4") thick. (deli chicken would be good also)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Cornbread Stovetop Dressing (prepared according to package directions)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth

    Recipe

Mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Put about 1/3 of it in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Take a slice of turkey, place a couple of spoonfuls of dressing on turkey and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Lay in slow cooker.
After getting all the turkey roll ups in the slow cooker, cover with remaining soup mixture.
Slow cook for about 4 hours.
The soup mixture is really good served on mashed potatoes.
