    Cream cheese and chocolate...who can resist?

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
    8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter, room temp.
    ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1-tsp. pure almond extract or pure vanilla extract
    4 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted

    Recipe



    Blend cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add cocoa powder, extract and confectioner’s sugar and blend on low speed until ingredients are moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat until frosting is fluffy, 2 minutes more. Use at once. Makes 4 cups.
