List of Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 ounce crumbled blue cheese (about 1/4 cup)
1 ounce grated sharp cheddar cheese (about 1/4 cup)
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard Recipe
1. Combine ground beef and steak seasoning in a medium bowl until blended; shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and toss gently, yet thoroughly, to blend.
3. Coat a broiler rack and pan with cooking spray, arrange patties on broiler rack and place in a preheated broiler 4 inches away from heat for 4 minutes. Turn and broil 3-4 minutes longer to 160°F, or until done. Remove from broiler and top each patty with equal amounts of cheese mixture.
