Zesty Marinated Shake 'n Bake Chicken

1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2/3 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
8 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Add mustard to salad dressing; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over chicken in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
EMPTY coating mix into shallow dish. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
