    1 pkg. hot dogs
    1 cup biscuit Mix
    1/3 cup cornmeal
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons sugar
    Milk
    oil

    Recipe



    Cut hot dogs in 2 or 3 inch pieces which ever you like. Combine biscuit mix, cornmeal, egg and sugar. Add enough milk to make it batter consistency. Coat hot dogs well in batter and fry in 2 inches of hot oil.
