    Recipe Introduction


    Meatloaf doesn't get any quicker, easier or tastier then this satisfying dish.
    Serves 6


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
    • 6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) dried fine bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup (one 2.5-ounce jar) sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) sliced ripe olives
    • 1 3/4 cups (one 15-ounce can) Hunt's Chunky Tomato Sauce*
    • 2 teaspoons JO's Italian Seasoning*
    • 1/2 teaspoon Splenda
    • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Kraft Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, olives, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, and 1 teaspoon JO's Italian Seasoning. Mix well with hands to combine. Place small custard cup in center of deep-dish 9-inch glass pie plate. Stir in remaining 1 teaspoon JO's Italian Seasoning and Splenda into remaining 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce. Spread sauce mixture evenly over meat mixture. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 10 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese evenly over top. Turn dish and continue microwaving on HIGH an additional 8 minutes. Place pie plate on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings.

    HINT: Substitute any reputable brand for JO's Italian Seasoning.
