    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (4-serving) package JELL-O Sugar Free Chocolate Cook & Serve Pudding Mix
    • 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1 (4-serving) package JELL-O Sugar Free Cherry Gelatin
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 cup Cool Whip Lite
    • 3 tablespoons (3/4 ounce) chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, dry gelatin, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Place pan on a wire rack. Cover with waxed paper and allow to cool 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in Cool Whip Lite and pecans. Mix gently to combine. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
