Sloppy Joes

Recipe Introduction
When I was a child, I used to wonder who Joe was, and if he was really so messy that peopl called him Sloppy Joe! (Maybe I also wondered because my name, JoAnna, is easily shortened to Jo, too!) But whoever invented this irresistbily saucy and spicy blend of ground meat and tomato sauce is deffinately "neat" in my opinion. I think you'll find that this recipe is just as easy as opening a can of commercial sloppy joe sauce--and tastes deliciously homemade!
