Serves 8 (1/3 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups (one 16-ounce can) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 (2.5-ounce) packages Carl Buddig lean corned beef, shredded
- 11 (3/4-ounce) slices Kraft reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a slow cooker container sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, combine sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and mayonnaise.
- Add corned beef and Swiss cheese.
- Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Mix well before serving.
