List of Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Molly McButter (plain)
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rum or almond extract
- 1/2 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Just before serving, mix brown sugar, Molly McButter, extract and cinnamon into chilled yogurt.
- Stir in sliced banana.
- Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
Final Comments
Note: To spice it up put a banana over the top instead of mixing in, sprinkle with brown sugar and place under broiler.
