    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
    • 1/2 teaspoon Molly McButter (plain)
    • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon rum or almond extract
    • 1/2 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
    • cinnamon to taste


    Instructions


    1. Just before serving, mix brown sugar, Molly McButter, extract and cinnamon into chilled yogurt.
    2. Stir in sliced banana.
    3. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.


    Final Comments


    Note: To spice it up put a banana over the top instead of mixing in, sprinkle with brown sugar and place under broiler.
