List of Ingredients
- 2 oz ground Turkey
- 1 cup onions
- 1/2 cup dark red kidney beans
- 1/4 cup low fat cheese
- 1 tortilla
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- Garlic
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Cumino
- Pam
Instructions
- Blend 1/4 up of cottage cheese till smooth. (Mock Sour cream!)
- Mix 2 ounces raw ground turkey with 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Let set.
- Spray non stick pan with pam. Put in half cup chopped oinion, fry till onions start to turn brown. (caramel).
- Add in ground turkey meat. More Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cumin to taste. Stir till cooked through.
- Add kidney beans. Heat through.
- Serve with 1/4 cup low fat cheese on top. With tortilla and mock sour cream.
