A lovely side to Flannel Bavarian Hash! And oh so refreshing!
Serves 1
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 single serve container nonfat Black Cherry Yogurt (90 calories or less)
- sprig of mint
Instructions
- In small parfait glass, spoon half container of yogurt in bottom. Add 1/4 cup blueberries over top of yogurt. Spoon remaining yogurt over blueberries. Top with remaining blueberries, and sprig of mint for garnish.
