    A filling, popeye strength breakfast indeed!
    Serves 1


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups frozen spinach
    • 3 egg whites
    • 2 Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Wedges
    • 2 teaspoons Reduced Fat Kraft Parmesean Cheese


    Instructions


    1. Spray small sauce pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. Place spinach in sauce pan. Over medium heat, cook until heated through. Push spinach to one side of the sauce pan, add egg whites to empty side of sauce pan. Scramble eggwhites until cooked through. Stir eggs, and spinach together. Add both cheeses. Stir until cheese is completely melted, and mixture is heated through. Serve at once!
