    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (4 serving) pkg. JELL-O sug-free vanilla cook-n-serve pudding mix
    • 1 (4 serving) pkg. JELL-O sug-free lemon gelatin
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • 1 (6 single-serve) pkg. Keebler graham cracker crusts
    • 6 Tablespoons Cool Whip Lite


    Instructions


    1. In med pan, combine dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, water and lemon juice. Cook over med. heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Evenly spoon mixture into graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hrs. When serving, top each tart with 1 Tbsp. Cool Whip Lite.
