Sunny Broccoli Salad

Recipe Introduction
Serves 6 (full 3/4 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Hormel Bacon Bits
- 2/3 cup Kraft fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onions, carrots, raisins, and bacon bits. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sugar Twin, and vinegar. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
