    WIKI WIKI FRIED HAM

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 (2 oz) slices 90% lean ham
    • ¼ cup cider vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
    • ¼ teaspoon paprika
    • ¼ cup Apricot Spreadable Fruit


    Instructions


    1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Brown ham on both sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add vinegar, mustard, paprika and spreadable fruit to skillet. Cook over medium heat until well blended 2-3 minutes. Drizzle evenly over ham slices. Serve immediately.
