Green Beans and Pimento Salad

Recipe Introduction
This is a festive salad.
Serves 4 (full 1/2 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups canned green beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup canned sliced pimento
- 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 2 teaspoons granular Splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine green beans, onion and pimento. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, skim milk, splenda and black pepper. Add sour cream mixture to green bean mixture. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
